Dr. Yesel Yoon is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults who struggle with perfectionism, burnout from relationships and caregiving, and career transitions. Many of her clients describe themselves as high achievers and perfectionists. They are often so invested in pleasing others but they struggle to take care of themselves. She helps people gain more self-compassion and establish healthy coping skills. She also provides counseling for professionals struggling to find a good career fit or transitioning to a new job.
