Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW Practice: Resilience Lab Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsFalling out of balance can happen gradually and take many forms—like overworking, overeating, oversleeping, or overusing substances to cope. Through her mindful, embodied, approach to therapy, Ashley helps clients restore their sense of balance and self acceptance so they feel happier, more energized, and connected to themselves.
Ashley is both a therapist and certified yoga teacher. She can incorporate meditation, movement, and breathing exercises into her practice so clients can work through old emotions and energy stored in the body. As a result of their time with Ashley, clients often feel lighter, or like a weight has been lifted off of them.
Over time, clients develop a set of internal strengths they can use to move through life’s challenges mindfully. Her goal is for clients to maintain their ideal balance by listening to their bodies when things feel “off” and using tools from therapy to tend to their mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
