Message to clients

Specialties

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) - Reducing unwanted intrusive thoughts and rituals by gradually building comfort and confidence facing difficult fears, thoughts, and emotions

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse

Mindfulness/Awareness - Cultivating mindfulness/awareness can be very helpful when it comes to mental health and life in general. If we can be more aware of our biases, tendencies, patterns etc., we can gradually start to be more in control and less of a victim of all of these things.

Non-Religious Spirituality - Non-religious spirituality can be very helpful when it comes to dealing with mental health challenges and life in general. I believe that approaches involving a specific religion can also be helpful, but in my practice, I do not use a religious approach. Also, I do not push any kind of religious moralistic agenda or anything like that.
