Dr. Jessica Lubitz is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and specializes in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and relationship difficulties. Dr. Lubitz uses evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients gain a better understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how these impact day-to-day decisions and quality of life.
Dr. Lubitz is an expert in treating insomnia and sleep disorders and uses CBT for insomnia, a goal-focused approach through which clients learn relaxation techniques and concrete recommendations to achieve more satisfying sleep. Through CBT-I, Dr. Lubitz guides clients toward making long-term improvements in the quality of their sleep.
