Dr. Lubitz is an expert in treating insomnia and sleep disorders and uses CBT for insomnia, a goal-focused approach through which clients learn relaxation techniques and concrete recommendations to achieve more satisfying sleep. Through CBT-I, Dr. Lubitz guides clients toward making long-term improvements in the quality of their sleep.
