Ruthann also has incorporated the use of Art Therapy and Music into her practice to ensure that all possible avenues for therapeutic Intervention are at the disposal of the client. With her history in music production and performance and former work as a music specialist, Ruthann seeks to utilizing the healing and meditative properties of music as another mechanism to assist clients who may be more responsive to art therapy.

Message to clients

Nothing is more satisfying than feeling heard, and provided the space to decompress without judgement. The reality is we all desire communicate, express and receive love and feel accepted regardless of our differences. Life can be challenging, facing those challenges in meaningful and healthy ways can help one to live their best life. Learning to process, finding your communication style or even acknowledging potential trauma can feel very intimidating. This couple with finding the right therapist can easily become overwhelming, even daunting and serve to discourage engagement in therapy. While all therapists are not created equal, your access to quality care should be. Allow me to join you in your journey to wellness and provide you with the quality care you deserve, because while all therapist may not be a great fit, therapy can fit everyone.
