Sabrina has had clinical training in DBT, CBT, and a mixture of several different psychodynamic and eclectic approaches. They love to incorporate and use treatment modalities that de-platform whiteness, and posit a different psycho-spiritual take to emotional processing including: The Sacred Enneagram, Plant Therapy, Astrology, The Human Design, Somatic Work, and Sacred Intuition Work. They are a graduate from the Columbia University School of Social Work in NYC. Sabrina believes deeply that psychotherapy is not a linear process, nor should it be, and that it is a sacred relationship founded on discovery, reflection, and meeting their clients exactly where they are in their emotional journey. Sabrina is playful, warm, accessible, creative, and hands-on. They are an active practitioner and love to co-collaborate with their clients in making a treatment plan that best meets their presenting needs.

Sabrina is currently offering tele-health sessions at the moment. They are licensed in NY only and can only see clients who live in New York. They welcome you with an open heart and are excited to connect with you.

Message to clients

Hi lovely people! I am a Black/Haitian, mixed-race trans* therapist and spirit exfoliator! Need support from feeling unseen or navigating a world in which your identities are not affirmed? I'm here to support you in further harnessing your intuitive voice, as well as providing a space to explore your past, current, and potential future. Creative, non-traditional, committed, and charismatic, I am dedicated to helping you synthesize memories and experiences of your life, and how these moments might be informing your identities today. I am passionate about helping you exfoliate parts of yourself you might not have accessed before.

I am deeply invested in you and think of our relationship as a collaborative one in which we both discover and explore what affirms you and makes you feel seen, heard, and supported. I center and hold space for your unique narrative and intersectional self, and want to help facilitate your growth, reflection, introspection, and discoveries. I honor you.

I believe psychotherapy is a collaborative, dynamic, and intentional relationship. I believe each client is the expert of their own story and narrative, and that psychotherapy exists to center, support, and illuminate that narrative and its corresponding nuances, intersections, and elements. I believe in creative, intersectional, and trauma-informed care.
