Professional statement

Hello beautiful people! Immense gratitude for arriving here on my page. Are you feeling disconnected and invisibilized in your relationships and partnerships? Are you in search of deep clarity on your love style, your attachment style, and the ways you connect meaningfully to others and the world around you? Are you craving further cultivation around your identities and how those identities show up and inform your love languages and relational styles?

I am deeply committed to your thriving and work hard to make sure you access a way of healing that feels sustainable and possible for you. My specialties and expertise include working with couples of all kinds, as well as working with Autistic, Neuro-diverse, Disabled, Queer individuals of color. I am an expert in working with personality disorders college students/teens, C-PTSD, boundary formation, intuitive healing, and relational psychotherapy rooted in attachment understanding and awareness. I also have long-term experience working with individuals around ADHD, task management, executive functioning, and insight work around goal setting and pattern mapping. I have advanced training in providing assessments ranging from CAT-Q to SCID-D to many more.

You do not have to go through this alone. You deserve a space where you can unmask, where you sweeten into the deliciousness of radical care and witness. You deserve a provider who will respect you, listen to you, and advocate for you. You deserve space to figure the scar tissue out. I would be honored to build care with you on this sacred journey. My therapy approach is rooted in the truth that all people deserve access to healing that centers, values, and honors them. I believe deeply in my work as a medium and intuit, and am rooted in my ministry as a healer.

Message to clients

I'm overjoyed and humbled that you have found yourself here and at my page. I want to emphasize the importance of autonomy and intuition during this journey, and want to implore you to trust your gut and heart center when it comes to working with a provider. You deserve to work with someone who will center, value, and hold you with the utmost love, respect, and attunement to your identities. I'm a medium and a heart worker at more core---someone who will forever prioritize who you are as a human, as a complex being, and as someone who is deeply deserving of grace, holding, and safe challenging. I'd be honored to work with you and welcome all, please reach out if you feel called to do so!

I believe psychotherapy is a collaborative, dynamic, and intentional relationship. I believe each client is the expert of their own story and narrative, and that psychotherapy exists to center, support, and illuminate that narrative and its corresponding nuances, intersections, and elements. I believe in creative, intersectional, and trauma-informed care.
