My specialties and expertise include working with couples of all kinds, as well as working with Autistic, Neuro-diverse, Disabled, Queer individuals of color. I am an expert in working with personality disorders college students/teens, C-PTSD, boundary formation, intuitive healing, and relational psychotherapy rooted in attachment understanding and awareness. I also have long-term experience working with individuals around ADHD, task management, executive functioning, and insight work around goal setting and pattern mapping. I have advanced training in providing assessments ranging from CAT-Q to SCID-D to many more.

Hello! I am currently not in-network with any insurances at this time. I am ONLY taking on full-fee-paying clients at this time. My fees are 250.00 for individual sessions and 300.00 for couples' sessions. Thank you so much!
