** Please note, this gathering is not meant to be therapy or a replacement for therapy. It will be a great place to practice and even learn new creative practices that can support your emotional wellness **
As we move through heavy times, Creative Pause is a free, virtual gathering for meditation and creative explorations in a community setting.
We started meeting at the beginning of quarantine to cultivate connection during isolation through creative practices, and the sense of community has been so nourishing that we're keeping it going.
We meet monthly for meditation and mindful creative practices, guided by Michelle or a guest teacher. In the past, we've explored compassionate journaling, restorative yoga, calligraphy, flower pressing, zen photography, nature meditation, mindfulness with tea, etc.
You can either attend LIVE or watch the recordings of Creative Pauses (links to videos are emailed after the gathering).
To SIGN UP, join the Creative Pause email list to receive updates and all information you’ll need to join us on Zoom. No need to register or RSVP. Simply join the email list and come join us on Zoom for a Creative Pause whenever you can. Sign up for the email list: michelle vitale . com / creative-pause
If you join us live on Zoom, you're invited to join us as you are, video on or off, participate as much or as little as you'd like. The intention of this community space is to feel welcoming and supportive during these difficult times.
Giusita Michelle Vitale (pronouns she/ella) is a licensed counselor and coach offering remote sessions to clients living in RI or PA.
