This group will focus on cognitive behavioral principles and the cultivation of mindfulness skills to improve emotion regulation and enhance quality of life for young adults.

Group Therapist
Dr. Justin Martino-Harms specializes in anxiety, depression, family issues, LGBTQ+ topics, gender orientation, life transitions, substance abuse, and transgender identities. His therapeutic approach incorporates aspects of acceptance commitment therapy, interpersonal therapy, and multicultural therapy. He is part of the Young Adult Behavioral Health Program at Rhode Island Hospital.
Dr. Martino-Harms received his degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2013, and has since worked at several universities and hospitals in the community.
