Professional statement

Antonia Ciunci (she/her) is a multi-passionate therapist and life coach. She specializes in working with young adults between the ages of 14 and 35. She enjoys working with individuals who are passionate about self-improvement, desire purpose and fulfillment in their lives, and are willing to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Antonia is passionate about helping her clients to reach their full potential. She encourages her clients to prioritize themselves, create consistent self-care routines, and get clear on their WHY.

Many of Antonia’s clients struggle with limiting beliefs (such as perfectionism, people pleasing, and fear of failure). Antonia encourages her clients to practice radical self-love and self-compassion, while simultaneously helping them to work towards their goals for the future. In session, Antonia is collaborative, energetic, and reflective. She holds a safe space for her clients to be vulnerable and self-reflect, while also integrating the use of concrete tools and goal setting.

Antonia is a graduate of New York University where she earned a Masters degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness. Antonia utilizes a holistic approach and is skilled in different modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Life Coaching, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. Antonia tailors her approach on a client-by-client basis, always aiming to ensure that her clients feel seen and empowered when they leave session. Antonia’s office is conveniently located in Flatiron, Manhattan. She is currently accepting virtual and in-person clients.

Message to clients

What does the BEST version of yourself look like? Take a second to think about the answer. Now… What is getting in the way of you becoming that best version of yourself? Is it your limiting beliefs? Perfectionism? People-pleasing? Self-doubt? Lack of clarity? Imposter syndrome? Trust me, you're not alone!

My mission is to help you recognize, understand, and overcome these limiting belief systems and patterns. I want to help empower and inspire you to be your most confident and authentic self. If you are passionate about self-improvement, desire purpose and fulfillment in your life, and are willing to do the hard work it takes to become the best version of you… Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here :)

My preferred approach in therapy is a balance between the thinking and the action. I like to leave space for reflection and curiosity, while also integrating goal setting and accountability. I also love to integrate holistic approaches, such as mindfulness, meditation, journaling, visualization, and even astrology or tarot/oracle cards if you're open!

Please don’t hesitate to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation if you’d like to learn more! I would love to discuss how I can best support you. Now, what are you waiting for?!
