Master of Arts (MA) - Clinical Mental Health Counseling Practice: Resilience LabAntonia Ciunci (she/her) is a multi-passionate therapist and life coach. She specializes in working with young adults between the ages of 14 and 30. She enjoys working with individuals who are passionate about self-improvement, desire purpose and fulfillment in their lives, and are willing to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Antonia is passionate about helping her clients to reach their full potential. She encourages her clients to prioritize themselves, create consistent self-care routines, and get clear on their WHY.
Many of Antonia’s clients struggle with limiting beliefs (such as perfectionism, people pleasing, and fear of failure). Antonia encourages her clients to practice radical self-love and self-compassion, while simultaneously helping them to work towards their goals for the future. In session, Antonia is collaborative, energetic, and reflective. She holds a safe space for her clients to be vulnerable and self-reflect, while also integrating the use of concrete tools and goal setting.
Antonia is a recent graduate of New York University where she earned a Masters degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness. Antonia utilizes a holistic approach and is skilled in many different modalities including but not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Life Coaching, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. Antonia tailors her approach on a client-by-client basis, always aiming to ensure that her clients feel seen and empowered when they leave session. Antonia’s office is conveniently located in Union Square, Manhattan. She is currently only accepting virtual clients.
