Dr. Gavriel Reisner is a Licensed Psychoanalyst on the Upper West Side specializes in working with emerging adults in their 20s and 30s and couples. His areas of expertise include identity, relationships, career challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, existential challenges, and loss and grief.

Dr. Reisner's work is deeply-rooted in Psychoanalysis and also includes Inter-subjective self-psychology. He does long-term, deep work that helps his clients explore their unconscious Clients share their subconscious ideas, dreams, fantasies, etc. while Dr. Riesner uses his skills to help them analyze what all of this means.

Dr. Reisner wants all of his clients to feel seen and heard. Before becoming a psychoanalyst, he received his PhD in English literature. He looks forward to meeting you.

Sexuality - Addressing emotional, physical, and biological concerns related to sexual intimacy and functioning; education and skill building around topics such as erectile dysfunction, orgasms, low libido, shame, and history of abuse; improving communication to realize a fulfilling sex life
