Message to clients

As a trauma-informed therapist I like to focus on three main areas of experience— social services, spirituality, and mental health, into a complementary treatment modality. I practice through a trauma informed lens. Specialties are Trauma, Self-Esteem, Self-Awareness, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Spirituality and Relationships.

I have over 15 years of experience working in social services at different capacities with a variety of populations dealing with Depression, Anxiety, and Grief.

I am passionate about helping people and I believe in a holistic approach consisting of keeping a balance between the body, mind, and spirit. I am currently seeking a Masters in Divinity to learn how to integrate our spiritual beings with our physical and mental beings.
