In Process Therapy is a psychotherapy practice in the heart of Manhattan. Located in the Nomad district, it is easily accessible from Midtown, Murray Hill, Chelsea, and Koreatown.

The providers at In Process work with clients for concerns including anxiety, depression, creative blocks and processes, parenting issues, and substance use and addiction. They welcome individual adults across the lifespan, as well as couples.

In Process Therapy was founded by Ellen Varady, a licensed psychotherapist, addiction counselor, and Certified Hypnotherapist who has over 25 years experience in the field. Ellen works alongside two practitioners, Valentina Kalish, LCSW-R, and David Bosler, LMSW. Valentina addresses existential issues and themes with her clients, relying on the integration of principles of logic that were learned through years of law studies. Additionally, she specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy (REBT).
