Professional statement

Anna Diliberti, LCSW is a therapist whose clientele is anyone who is ready to delve into the teachings and approaches of non-duality, which simply means there is no other than the self. Once this is seen and understood by direct experience, the end of suffering is at hand. Anna discovered this after much suffering herself and a burning desire to put an end to it. She awakened to the truth of who she actually was, and realized at that moment that everything and everyone had the same designer within them, only the outside designs were different, but at our core, everything is connected, despite what appearance to the contrary indicate. This then became the peace that surpasses understanding.

Anna's therapeutic approach is that of examining each person's personal story and discovering where the blocking points were/are in order to undo them and help each client to free themselves. This approach is more of an unlearning, than an actual learning, but it is in the letting go of the personal story and small self that clients are able to realize who they really are and while the costume, mask and to a degree, even the story remains, there is no longer identification with it as there once was so the suffering it caused is happily let go of in lieu of the wonder that remains.

Anna's education and work background is varied among clinical psychology, social work, and criminal justice, as well as teachings from Zen Buddhism, Kabbala, Advaita Vedanta, Jesus, Judaism, Agnosticism, and many more disciplines. Each one added their measure to form a spiritual foundation for the work that was to follow. The takeaway for clients is an effortless upgrade for the entire being, mind, body and soul, and the end of suffering.

Message to clients

I am a non-dualistic therapist. I am also a human being who experiences the same ups, downs, emotions and life challenges as every other human does at some point. So, I understand and work from the perspective of our sameness. I listen to each clients unique story and use my skills and intuition to assist each to inquire what is actually happening from the minds point of view so that they can consider alternative ways of thinking and navigating whatever they are struggling with.

I see each person as a beautiful piece to a magnificent puzzle. The size of the piece or its location doesn't matter. What does is that each person needs to be reminded that without them, this magnificent puzzle cannot be completed. That is how important I believe each person is and whatever it is they have to offer is their gift. My approach is to remind each one of their specialne and help them find ways to know this is true to the degree that they no longer need me.

I offer alternative ways of seeing things which empowers them to understand they have the ability to navigate whatever they may be dealing with. They leave with a broader perspective and feel lighter knowing they are not as stuck as they thought. Clients will know they have someone who genuinely hears and understands them. I offer many tools to help them navigate whatever is happening.

If you're ready for peace of mind, I'm here to help.
