Kori has nearly 20 years of experience helping clients. She is a career counselor, guiding clients through the creation of meaningful goals related to their work. She provides clients with an outside perspective when they struggle with major decisions for their companies or interpersonal conflicts with colleagues. She also teaches clients skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a thought based therapy modality that emphasizes the importance of healthy thought patterns and positive self-talk. Clients also learn how to be more mindful, increasing their awareness of negative thoughts that hold them back or lead to low self-esteem.
Kori earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago. She focused on her clients’ mental health and well as their life vision, offering a comprehensive support space where they can turn for empathetic listening and gentle guidance. Kori is also a trained yoga instructor and enjoys bringing a holistic approach to her work with clients.
