While he focuses on overall personal growth and development, he has a particular interest in helping individuals find meaning and purpose, addressing relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and life and career transitions. Prior to joining Madison Square Mental Health, Luciano worked at non-profit mental health agencies facilitating groups and conducting individual counseling sessions. He has a psychodynamic approach to therapy that draws upon cognitively based approaches, logotherapy, and narrative therapy. He has a warm approach that is rooted in compassion, positivity, and collaboration. Luciano believes that each person is strong and has the ability to accomplish their goals and achieve personal growth.
