BIPOC Support Space

Description

This is a 6-week process group created for the purpose of cultivating a healing space for BIPOC to navigate, process, and articulate their thoughts on our ever-evolving social climate. Through guided discussions, participants will be encouraged to center their lived experiences and to foster community. With the onset of COVID-19, and the continued hyper-visibility of anti-Black racism, this group will include dialogue on coping strategies, self-care, and what it means to move towards intersectional liberation.

This group is open to all BIPOC 18+, regardless of gender identity and sexual orientation. All meetings will be held online.
